Bespoke EPE foam protectors
Our company has been active in the packing sector for over 20 years, producing EPE foam protectors while also working to reduce the environmental impact of industrial and non-industrial packing. Our internal production processes aimed at industry 5.0 model and the time and resources used for ongoing research enable us to create bespoke packing studied for single products that are also easy to recycle and boast a low impact production.

What is EPE foam
EPE foam forms part of the so-called “expanded materials”, i.e. polyolefin or polyurethane products whose structure results spongy and porous by means of a chemical process. More specifically, EPE foam is widely used in the packing sector, and is also ideal for the most fragile products. In addition, with respect to other packings normally used, this type of product also boasts a reduced environmental impact when it comes to both production and disposal.

Recyclable and reusable packing
Our company prefers EPE foam precisely because it is a material that can be recycled and reused. EPE foam is obtained without using CFC (chlorofluorocarbons), i.e. halogenated hydrocarbons that contribute to reducing the ozone layer: the absence of these elements makes the material fully recyclable and reusable for various production cycles, as well as having a lower environmental impact.
Insulating properties
EPE foam is a thermoplastic resin with a high insulating and shockproof capacity. The production of packing and products of different shapes and sizes makes it possible to use this material in various industrial and commercial sectors such as e.g. the food, dental and medical sectors as well as for industrial machinery and the lighting sector.
